📌 ตั้งแต่ 1 ม.ค. 2569 เป็นต้นไป
➡️ จะให้บริการจดทะเบียนนิติบุคคลผ่าน ระบบ DBD Biz Regist เท่านั้น

❌ ยกเลิกการยื่นจดทะเบียน “ตั้งใหม่ข้ามเขต”
📆 เริ่มตั้งแต่ 1 กรกฎาคม 2568
📍 สามารถยื่นได้เฉพาะในจังหวัดที่เป็นที่ตั้งของสำนักงานใหญ่
หรือยื่นออนไลน์ผ่านระบบ DBD Biz Regist ได้ตลอด 24 ชม.
